What is your primary product or service?
Telephone Answering Service
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My parents purchased the business in 1958. My father worked for the Sagamore Hotel in Philadelphia and was in the communications corps. during WWII and also worked at Vassar Hospital on the switch board. My Mother has a background in Accounting. I have a degree in Civil Engineering and a background in computers. My brother had held several sales positions in the past.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The quality of service provided. We are dedicated to providing the kind of personal service our clients want.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location. We have room for expansion (more clients) at our present location and since our currently allow us to serve clients from all over the country, there is no need to look at other locations.

24 hours, one of the Byrnes brothers can be reached Monday - Friday 6am until 5pm saturdays from 6am until 3pm and our office manager in on duty Sundays' 7am until 3pm
