AQMAI is professionally run with its instructors dedicated in teaching self defense. There is a family atmosphere at the dojos. Not a competitive school but a complete self defense school that molds students to be able to protect themselves in critical situations. If you are interested you can take free classes to see if the school fits you with no pressure or contracts - from 5 and up all are welcome. I am in The corrections field over 20 years I can tell you this place teaches effective techniques.
