They did a great job and Colleen was such a sweet girl. She did such a beautiful job on my house. As a senior citizen, it meant so much to me to have such a caring and respectful experience with Clean 'n Tidy.

My wife and I returned from a vacation just after New Year. Monday afternoon I placed $700.00 in cash (money leftover from the trip) in a small box in the upper most drawer of my armoire. Teresa and Sky cleaned our house on Wednesday. On Saturday morning the cash was gone. My 2 children are 7 years old and cannot physically reach the top drawer of the armoire. My wife has a six-figure job. Not 1 single person was in our house between Monday and Saturday. I am not making accusations, I am stating facts of a situation that occurred in my home. Tom Klug, the owner, had no words of explanation, comfort, or belief. He simply said, "I am in shock. I don't know what to say." Clean N Tidy no longer work for us.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We had been dissatisfied with other cleaning companies, so we thought that we'd create the kind of company we'd like to use.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We fill the gap between the large but INSURED national chains and the inexpensive but UNINSURED independents. Becaure we're local and family owned, we can custom our work to our clients' needs.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one office location but serve the Dutchess, Orange and Ulster areas.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, checks, credit cards and e-payments.
Which areas do you service?
Dutchess, Ulster & Orange (basically, 25 miles from Poughkeepsie)
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The company is family owned and operated.
What are your hours of operation?
Cleaning appointments are available 7 days a week --- there is no additional charge for weekend appointments. The office is open Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
