SCSEP = Senior Community Services Employment Program
We refer participants, fifty five years of age or older, to train in not for profit training sites to enable them to find unsubsidized positions in the workforce. Pathstone pays them a stipend of minimum wage for fifteen hours of work per week. This not only helps the senior, but also helps other not for profits to get their work done, at no cost to them.
